Myra · Refund policy

A fair approach when plans change.

This Refund Policy explains the three-day trial, subscription cancellations, eligible refunds, and what happens when a payment does not go as expected.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Three-day free trial

Myra may include a three-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. No subscription charge is due during the trial unless the checkout terms say otherwise. You can cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first recurring charge.

Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, account, household, payment method, or promotion. We may withdraw or limit a trial where we reasonably believe it is being abused.

2. Canceling your subscription

You may cancel at any time using the billing or account controls made available to you, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not normally reverse a billing period that has already started.

After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the period you paid for unless we state otherwise. Downloaded software may stop working or lose subscription features after access ends.

3. When refunds may be available

We may issue a full or partial refund when you were charged after a timely cancellation, were charged more than once for the same period, experienced a verified billing error, or a refund is required by applicable law.

We may also review exceptional requests made soon after an unintended renewal. Refund decisions are made fairly based on the facts, payment history, trial status, and applicable law.

4. Non-refundable situations

Except where required by law or approved by support, we do not refund unused time after a voluntary cancellation, a subscription period that was available and used, or purchases made through an unauthorized reseller.

Deleting the application, losing access to your device, or forgetting to cancel does not automatically cancel a subscription or create a refund entitlement.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method whenever possible. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to display the credit. We cannot control processing times after a refund is submitted.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may contact you to determine a reasonable alternative. We do not provide cash refunds unless required by law.

6. Payment disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve billing errors quickly. You always retain any rights provided by your card issuer, bank, payment provider, or applicable law.

7. Contact and changes

To request a refund, include the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

We may update this policy as pricing, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The version in effect at the time of the relevant charge will generally apply, except where a later change is required by law.
