A clear agreement for using Myra.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing and using Myra, including the Windows application, website, trial, and subscription services.

1. Agreement to these terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Myra, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use Myra.
If you are using Myra on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be posted on this page.
2. What Myra does
Myra is a Windows work companion designed to help with supported everyday computer tasks, including organizing files, gathering information from websites, and assisting with supported Office workflows. Features depend on your device, operating system, installed applications, permissions, network connection, and the version of Myra you use.
Myra is an assistive tool, not a replacement for your judgment. You should review instructions, actions, and results before relying on them, especially where an error could affect money, safety, employment, legal rights, health, records, or other important decisions.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence to use a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for protecting access to your account, device, download links, and credentials.
Do not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or allows unauthorized people to use your subscription. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been compromised.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Myra may offer a three-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will continue at the price shown at checkout, currently $9 per month, plus any applicable taxes. The billing date and renewal details shown at checkout control if they differ from this summary.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the recurring subscription and any applicable taxes. A failed payment may limit or suspend access until the issue is resolved.
We may change pricing for future billing periods by giving reasonable advance notice. A price change will not alter a period you have already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Myra only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use it to violate another person’s rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade security controls, infringe intellectual property, harass people, or automate actions that you do not have permission to perform.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from Myra except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not resell, sublicense, mirror, or commercially redistribute Myra without written permission.
6. Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in files, text, prompts, documents, and other material that you provide to or work with through Myra. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that material and for checking where it is sent or processed.
You grant only the limited permissions needed to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability as described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Third-party services
Myra may interact with third-party websites, browsers, operating systems, APIs, and applications such as Microsoft Office. Those services have their own terms, availability, permissions, and privacy practices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, outages, changes, or actions.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third-party service you connect to Myra.
8. Intellectual property
Myra, its software, branding, visual design, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or authorized internal business purposes during an active subscription.
Feedback is welcome. If you send suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, improve, pause, or discontinue all or part of Myra. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or application. Updates may be required for continued use.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address a security issue, or handle non-payment.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Myra may produce incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unexpected results. You remain responsible for reviewing output and confirming actions before relying on them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising from or related to Myra.
Our total liability for claims relating to Myra will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using Myra at any time and cancel your subscription through the available account or billing controls. We may terminate or suspend access as described above. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will continue.
13. General terms
These terms, together with the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement about Myra unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support contact published on the Myra website.
